Description of the work: Renovation works of the sewage pump station.
Time of construction: 2021
Replacement of pump station machinery and metal structures:
- Washing and cleaning the manhole before starting demolition work. – The client Alisca-Mag Kft. arranges
- Establishing the conditions for the work: Plugging 2 gravity pipes in the pump station – RWT Kft.
- Excavation work between the pump station and the valve chamber, as well as after the valve chamber on the pressure pipe – RWT Kft.
- During the work, if necessary, the transportation and pumping of sewage from the sewer network – The client Alisca-Mag Kft. arranges
- Dismantling existing cable holders and float switch holders, manufacturing and installing NEW KO holders including the installation of 2 new 2” KO upper guide pipe holders – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling existing steel ladder, manufacturing and installing a new KO safety ladder with back support according to MSZ15670 – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling of the mechanics inside the pump station and valve chamber (dismantling pipes and fittings) – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling the existing steel pressure pipe in the ground between the pump station and the valve chamber, chiseling the manhole walls – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling the common steel pressure pipe exiting the valve chamber, chiseling the manhole wall – RWT Kft.
- Replacing the common pressure pipe with KPE pipe and connecting it to the existing KM-PVC pressure pipe with a pull-proof special flange – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing and installing a new DN80/88.9*3.0mm KO36 pressure pipe with flanges (1.4541, 1.4571 or 1.4404) – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing a new DN80/80 KO36 Y-fitting, including 1 DN80 shut-off valve + 3” A110 Storz coupling branch – RWT Kft.
- Replacing the 2” – 54*2.0mm 4×4.50fm guide pipe with KO36 (1.4541, 1.4571 or 1.4404) – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing and installing a new KO ladder in the pumping chamber, dismantling the existing steel ladder – RWT Kft.
- Installing 2-2-2 new AVK NBR DN80 ball check valves + rubber compensators + DN80 shut-off valves in the valve chamber – RWT Kft.
- M1660 and M1690 A2/A4 screws, nuts, and flat washers, IT seals, auxiliary materials. – RWT Kft.
- The construction did NOT include:
- Any electrical or control engineering construction or assembly work,
- The architectural renovation of the pump station and valve chamber, replacement of concrete surfaces and doors,
- Replacement of installed pumps and foot fittings,
- Ensuring the work area is obstacle-free, costs for professional supervision, cleaning of the pump station, pumping, and emptying the pressure pipe.
