Description of the work: Complete machinery renovation of 3 sewage pump stations and valve chambers, including fittings.

Süttő, Templom Square MOBA E20 with a height of 5.60 m, equipped with DN80 machinery systems
Replacement of machinery and metal structures in the pump station:
- Washing and cleaning of the shaft before starting demolition works. – ÉDV Zrt.
- Establishing the conditions for work: Plugging the gravity pipe in the reversing shaft or pump station, and during the work, if necessary, transporting and vacuuming sewage from the sewer network. – ÉDV Zrt.
- Dismantling of the existing straight ladder, manufacturing and installation of a new KO METMARK LP25 ladder with steps. – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling of existing cable trays and float switch holders, manufacturing and installation of new KO units. – RWT Kft.
- Dismantling of the machinery systems inside the pump station (dismantling of vertical pipelines and fittings). – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing and installation of a new DN80/88.93 mm KO36 pressure pipe with flanges (materials 1.4541, 1.4571, or 4404). – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing and installation of a new DN80/80 Y-fitting in the pump station, connected back to the horizontal branch with a DN80 flanged connection. – RWT Kft.
- Replacement of a 5/4” – 42.12 mm 4×4.0 m guide pipe with KO36 (materials 1.4541, 1.4571, or 4404). – RWT Kft.
- Installation of 2 new AVK NBR DN80 gate valves and a DN80 ball check valve in the vertical branch of the pump station’s pressure pipe. – RWT Kft.
- Manufacturing and installation of a new DN100/108 ventilation pipe in the reinforced concrete roof of the pump station. – RWT Kft.
- Installation of a new 950×950 mm KO door and frame into the existing reinforced concrete roof (removal of the old galvanized door and frame). – RWT Kft.
- M16 A2/A4 bolts, nuts, flat washers, IT gaskets, and auxiliary materials. – RWT Kft.

- Replacement of 4×6.0 m 2”/54 guide pipes with KO36 (materials 1.4541, 1.4571, or 4404). – RWT Kft.
- Installation of 2 new AVK NBR DN100 gate valves and a DN100 ball check valve in the vertical branch of the pump station’s pressure pipe. – RWT Kft.

Replacement of machinery and metal structures in the pump station:
- The cleaning and washing of the pit before the start of demolition work. – ÉDV Zrt.
- Preparation of work conditions: Plugging the gravity pipe in the pump station or the pit, and during the work, if necessary, transporting and suctioning sewage from the sewer network – ÉDV Zrt.
- Demolition of the existing ladder with a back support, manufacturing and installing a new KO METMARK LP25 ladder with back support – RWT Kft.
- Demolition of existing cable holders and float switch holders, manufacturing and installing new KO – RWT Kft.
- Demolition of the existing cover of the assembly pit, manufacturing and installing a new 1.50×1.90 m concrete slab with 1 piece of 600×700 mm KO door and handrail – RWT Kft.
- Demolition of the internal machinery in the lifting and assembly pit (demolition of pipes and fittings).
- Manufacturing and installing a new DN80/88, 93.0 mm KO36 pressure pipe with flanges (made of materials 1.4541, 1.4571 or 4404) – RWT Kft.
- Replacement of 3/4” – 26.2 mm 4×4.50 m guide pipe with KO36 (made of materials 1.4541, 1.4571 or 4404) – RWT Kft.
- Installation of a new Flygt DN50 foot fitting on the bottom plate of the pump station – RWT Kft.
- Installation of 2 new AVK NBR DN80 gate valves + DN80 ball check valve in the vertical branch of the pressure pipe of the lifting pit – RWT Kft.
- Installation of 1 new 600×700 mm and 2 pieces of 600×800 mm KO doors + frame into the existing concrete slab (demolition of the old door + frame) – RWT Kft.
